Welcome to ConnectMe. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ConnectMe. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We use age verification to enforce this, and we may suspend any account we can't verify as belonging to an adult.

2. Cupcakes and Payments

ConnectMe uses an in-app currency called Cupcakes to pay for calls, gifts, and other features. Cupcakes are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to each store's own payment terms.

All Cupcake purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cupcakes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the app.

Models earn a share of Cupcakes spent on their calls, gifts, and tips, as described on our homepage. Payouts to models are subject to a separate payout process and minimum thresholds.

3. Conduct and Content

You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users, and not to share illegal content. Explicit or sexual content is prohibited on ConnectMe, on calls, in chat, and in live streams, and is enforced through moderation and reporting, not just written policy.

You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the app, and not to attempt to circumvent billing, age verification, or moderation systems.

4. Models and Creator Accounts

Becoming a model requires an approved application, including identity and age verification. Approved models agree to additional conduct rules covering content, availability, and interactions with users, and may be assigned a Creator Manager as part of ConnectMe's support structure.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, at our discretion, with or without notice. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ConnectMe is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for the conduct of other users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ConnectMe after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
